Role Overview
You’ll shape the credit strategies behind some of the UK’s biggest lenders and most nimble FinTechs, gaining hands-on experience with industry-leading data and tools that will future-proof your career.
You’ll sharpen your technical skills by working across the full modelling lifecycle – from sample design and performance analysis to scorecard development and commercial presentations. You’ll build models that directly influence lending decisions and drive revenue.
And you’ll gain exposure to senior stakeholders, including Board-level presentations, helping you develop the commercial and communication skills that will open doors to future leadership positions.

What you’ll do
- You'll lead analytical projects using CRA data, developing statistical models and credit strategies that shape client decisions.
- You’ll work on high-impact modelling assignments, covering all stages from retrospective analysis to population split and reject analysis.
- Using tools like SQL and Python, you’ll prepare and analyse data to deliver insights that improve business decisions.
- You’ll also support sales by helping to define the right solutions for clients and presenting your findings to audiences at all levels.

What you’ll need
- A numerical degree with a 2:1 or above
- Strong experience in UK credit risk, including scorecard and model development
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, and the ability to communicate complex results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Flexible on location with offices in Nottingham, London, and Leeds. 4 days per week in office.
