Due to the continued expansion of the business and increasing demands, we’re looking for a Credit Support Specialist who will thrive in a busy operational environment to join our Support Team within Credit Services at Birchwood Park, Warrington.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Incoming and Outgoing Post Management
- Cash Management for customer payments
- New Customer Onboarding which will involve communication via telephone and email with colleagues and customers
- Process and scan incoming supplier invoices
- General Administration Duties including customer amendments and internal credit/invoice requests
- Manage a varied workload when dealing with additional ad hoc tasks set
This is a great opportunity for someone with an administrative background, or for an individual looking to start a career in credit control. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to their work.
