We are looking for a motivated and analytical Trainee to join our Distribution & Credit Solutions (DCS) team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic trading environment, working alongside experienced Credit Traders and interacting with a wide range of teams across the bank.

As part of the team, you will develop a strong understanding of credit markets while supporting trading activities, market analysis, risk monitoring and investment opportunities. This role provides excellent exposure to market participants, financial analysis and the day-to-day operation of a credit trading desk.

About The Team

The Distribution & Credit Solutions (DCS) team works across both Banking and Markets businesses, helping clients access financing solutions and supporting credit-related investment opportunities. • Assisting with pricing analysis and liquidity monitoring across credit markets.
  • Working closely with Middle Office, Sales, Risk and Syndication teams to support trading activity.
  • Contributing to process improvements and enhancing analytical tools and databases used by the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
