Role Overview:
As a Credit Underwriter, you will be responsible for assessing business loan applications, evaluate credit risk, and make data-driven lending decisions within delegated authority limits using both traditional credit analysis and advanced fintech tools. You will work closely with Credit Risk, Operations, and Business Development teams to continuously improve underwriting processes and portfolio performance. As this is a small team, we need someone who is a team player and that can work collaboratively with others.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' of experience underwriting business loans.
- Strong expertise in SME credit risk underwriting, including financial statement analysis.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and commercial awareness.
- Passion for Fintech, ideally with experience in a technology-led financial institution, challenger bank, or alternative lending business.
