Our Cresting Department offers embroidery and heat print services on a range of FootJoy and Titleist products striving always for quality excellence. In fact, we abide by the credo “Autograph your work with excellence”. The team now have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced administrator to join them on a full-time, fixed term contract for 18 months.

Role Overview

As Crested Goods Administrator, you'll:

  • Oversee inventory and manage the order process through its journey from reports and processing, ensuring precise stock records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
  • Process orders with precision.
  • Handle customer enquiries with exceptional service.
  • Collaborate across departments for operational optimization.
  • Conduct data analysis to drive improvements.

About You

What does it take for you to be successful in this role?

  • A calm disposition and comfort working both independently and within the team.
  • Excellent organisational, customer, IT, and administrative skills.
  • Experience of working within strict lead times.
  • Some experience within the embroidery industry would be advantageous, although full training will be given to the successful candidate.
