Job Title: Crew Member
Location: Colne
Hours: 6 hours per week (to include weekends and evenings)

Banny's Fish & Chip Restaurant is famous for serving delicious, high-quality food in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Crew Members to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.
Role Overview:
As a Crew Member, you’ll be the face of Banny’s, working in a variety of roles to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. From taking food and drink orders to keeping the front of house clean and tidy, you’ll play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve food and drinks with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area, including dining and kitchen spaces.
- Handle payments at the till and ensure correct cash/card transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Respond to customer queries or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- Always adhere to food hygiene and health and safety regulations.

- A positive, friendly personality with a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.
