Working Hours: Permanent full-time position, 4 on, 4 off rotational shift pattern, working 16:00 to 02:30

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our ground operations team as a DHK Crew Turnaround Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the efficient turnaround of crews for DHL Air (UK) flights. Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth embarkation and disembarkation of aircraft, maintaining on-time performance and seamless crew transitions. This is a 24/7 coverage position that requires exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the timely and efficient transportation of DHK crews to and from aircraft.
- Collaborate closely with airline colleagues, ground handlers, and other relevant personnel to ensure seamless crew transitions.
- Monitor flight schedules and make necessary adjustments to accommodate changes or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and documentation requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during the crew turnaround process.
- Maintain clear and effective communication channels with crew members and ground staff.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to optimise overall crew turnaround efficiency.
- Adhere to strict safety procedures and protocols at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aviation or crew coordination roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations and procedures is a plus.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and ability to handle unexpected situations.
