We are seeking an organised and professional administrator to support our Crewing team. The successful candidate will be confident communicating with agents both verbally and via email, have strong administrative skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.

- Support the Crewing Manager and Crewing Coordinators.
- Book and coordinate travel and logistics through the dedicated travel provider.
- Arrange specialist training courses required for projects.
- Coordinate and check crewing documentation.
- Liaise with agencies regarding manning requests.
- Maintain SharePoint records and complete data entry tasks.
- Carry out general administrative and office duties as required.
