We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Crewing Coordinator to join the Reach Subsea Crewing team, in Aberdeen.
As Crewing Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting our offshore operations, with a particular focus on our Offshore Survey/Subsea personnel. You will work closely with offshore personnel, vessels and project teams to coordinate travel arrangements, visas and other required documentation, while ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the process.
Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Manning and rotation planning for survey personnel
- Ensuring the right competence and personnel are available for projects
- Coordination with Project Managers, Operations and Crewing
- Monitoring man-years, availability, leave and rotations
- Recruitment and mobilisation of survey personnel
- Follow-up of certificates, training and competence requirements
- Communication and follow-up with offshore personnel
- Supporting efficient use of the survey workforce across projects
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements and applicable regulations

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced and proactive Crewing Coordinator with a solid background in offshore crewing and personnel coordination. You understand the day-to-day challenges of coordinating offshore personnel and are comfortable adapting to changing operational and project requirements.
You are structured, solution-oriented and able to manage several priorities at once. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are important, as you will work closely with both offshore personnel and project and operational teams.
You take ownership, work independently and take initiative when challenges arise. Experience from the survey, subsea or maritime industry will be an advantage.
You may have a college education within logistics, HR or a related field, or relevant experience from a similar role.
