Purpose

As Crewing Team Lead, you manage the personnel logistics for our operational staff and the offshore rotation as for the POB needs. This includes effectively communicating with assigned personnel, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing assignments as directed by the Personnel Logistics Coordinator. Your role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination within the organization. You are also responsible for improving the use of the crewing tool and processes within your team.

Responsibilities

  • You are a Champion user of key technology, tools, and crewing expertise to provide best-in-class crew change logistics.
  • You lead the team and ensure they have the right level of competencies to deliver the work results in time and within budget.
  • You manage with the Planner the POB (Personnel On Board) on the FPSO.
  • In order to guarantee the MSM as for Flag requirements, you work on the temporary MOC process applying the "acting as" philosophy on board, identifying and proposing operational solutions to the business in line with the level of competencies and training on board.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a similar field
  • OPITO, IMO, and STWC knowledge are required

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a crewing department of a marine management company with multinational crew
  • Previous shipping experience is preferable
