About The Role
DAYS OF WORKING - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00
Morrisons Crime Hub is an award-winning department looking for people to join our growing team. The role holder will be responsible for investigating organised criminal gangs targeting our client, Morrisons. Within the role you will work in partnership with other retailers, Police Authorities, Business Improvement Districts and Business Crime Reduction Partnerships. You will ensure the implementation of all procedures in line with company policy.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Analyse crime trends and present actionable intelligence to effectively manage security resources and provide end to end case management with the objective of securing criminal convictions and custodial sentences
- Ensure all policies and procedures are followed in relation to duty requirements.
- Update and collate Serious incident information and provide accurate reports to your line manager.
- Ensure incidents are logged, escalated, and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate records are maintained of all equipment within the Crime Investigations Centre.
- Ensure all data streams relating to offending are appropriately monitored. This will include (though is not restricted to) store incident data, social media, Police information and post incident CCTV.
- Ensure a timely response to all security-related issues and events.
- Ensure compliance with TSS’s & Clients information security procedures.
- Provide regular liaison and timely feedback to the management team on all aspects of service delivery, implementing effective solutions and corrective actions to enhance the service provided to our clients.
- Ensuring systems and software processes are inputted in accordance with GDPR.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
