Exceptional opportunity for an established Criminal Defence Solicitor with a demonstrable following to join a growing practice.
About the Role
The successful Senior Criminal Defence Solicitor will join as a Senior Associate, with the opportunity to progress to Legal Director within two years, subject to performance, practice development, and strong leadership and commercial contribution.
Responsibilities
- Managing a complex and varied caseload of privately funded criminal defence matters, together with day to day criminal matters in the Magistrates Courts.
- Advising and representing clients throughout criminal investigations and proceedings, providing high quality, strategic, and commercially focused legal advice.

Requirements
- Applications are welcomed from experienced Criminal Defence Solicitors with a minimum of 10 Years PQE and a demonstrable following.
- Proven ability to generate privately funded work.
- Substantial experience handling complex criminal matters independently.
- Excellent advocacy and client management skills.
- Commercial drive to develop your own practice.
Compensation
- GBP 65,000 basic salary plus a performance bonus of 10% of personal cash collections exceeding three times basic salary.
