About The Role
This full time, hybrid remote position based in Swansea suits a Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) with four or more years' post-qualification experience. Joining a specialist prosecution team, the successful candidate advises on asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement connected to serious criminal activity. Working alongside police and Criminal Justice Service partners, duties include reviewing evidence, guiding charging decisions and shaping case strategy. The Role

Managing cases through the prosecution process, you will make charging decisions, advise on disclosure and evidential matters, prepare legal documentation and present serious and sensitive cases, with opportunities for advocacy and responsibility for key decisions on bail, pleas and discontinuance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a UK-qualified Solicitor or Barrister with at least 4 years’ PQE and strong criminal law experience, ideally including exposure to proceeds of crime, asset recovery or financial investigations. You will be confident interpreting and applying legislation and case law, exercising sound judgement and making effective decisions across a varied and complex caseload.
