About the role
What your days will look like
You will help clients build practical resilience and risk capabilities through consultancy, analysis, and collaborative delivery.
- Support crisis management, cyber response, business continuity, operational resilience, and enterprise risk management engagements.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and scenario exercises, translating findings into clear actions.
- Develop playbooks, plans, reports, governance materials, and Board-ready outputs.
- Contribute to assessments, frameworks, proposals, client relationships, and resilience tooling.

This role is for you if
- Experience in crisis management, business continuity, operational resilience, enterprise risk management, consulting, or audit.
- Strong business writing and stakeholder communication skills, including workshops and interviews.
- Project management skills, with evidence of organizing work and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Practical understanding of IT infrastructure, technology dependencies, and common cyber incidents.
- Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
- Ability to support risk or resilience assessments and translate analysis into practical recommendations.
