Crisis Support Worker for Young People and Children

Key Responsibilities: Support and encourage personal care routines Plan and join in on engaging activities and fun outings Provide transport for appointments, school, and meetings Build trusting and supportive emotional connections Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young person at all times What We’re Looking For: Full UK driving licence (no provisional or international licences) Access to a personal vehicle for work use A friendly, warm, and bubbly personality that can connect with young people Flexibility to work around varying schedules, agency contract role. Right to Work in the UK is essential Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours is preferred but not essential This post is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check due to the nature of the role, which involves working with vulnerable young people. Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people is a priority, and all applicants will be expected to share this commitment.
