Job Title: Biologist
Job Type: Contract

Job Overview
We are looking for a Biologist with expertise in molecular and cellular biology to support AI model development by creating and validating high-quality scientific content. Candidates with strong laboratory experience, especially in CRISPR and molecular biology, are encouraged to apply. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute CRISPR-based gene editing experiments.
- Perform cloning, PCR, genotyping, and sequencing.
- Design DNA/RNA constructs and support molecular screening.
- Analyze molecular and cellular biology concepts.
- Document experimental procedures and ensure scientific accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on biology-focused projects.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with CRISPR, cloning, PCR, and genotyping.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology and genetics.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in a related field.
- Experience with scientific content review, data annotation, or AI-related projects.
- Experience working with remote or interdisciplinary teams.
