Position Title: CRM Administrator
Location: London
Reports To: EVP Strategic Partnerships
Envelop Risk is a rapidly growing data-driven insurance enterprise, combining world leaders in insurance underwriting and artificial intelligence-based simulation modelling. We build cyber and complex risk insurance products to be distributed globally.

Role Overview
Envelop Risk is seeking a highly organised and analytical CRM Administrator to support the development, implementation, and day-to-day management of our client relationship management (CRM) capability in our London office.
This is a key role focused on helping the business select, build, and maintain a fit-for-purpose CRM platform that supports client engagement, relationship tracking, and commercial insight. The successful candidate will act as an important link between corporate analyst information, client intelligence, and internal commercial teams, ensuring that relevant insights are accurately captured and accessible.
The role will also support broader business development and client engagement initiatives through high-quality data management, reporting, and process coordination.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Development & Administration
- Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a suitable CRM package for the business.
- Help design CRM workflows, data structures, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Administer and maintain the CRM system, including user access, data integrity, and ongoing optimisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, automation, and data quality.
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the CRM evolves alongside business needs.

Client & Corporate Information Management
- Act as the interface between corporate analyst information and client-facing data.
- Consolidate internal market intelligence, analyst insights, and client information into clear and usable CRM records.
- Ensure client profiles, interaction histories, opportunities, and relationship notes are accurate and up to date.
- Develop consistent standards for client data capture and information governance.
Commercial Support & Reporting
- Produce reports, dashboards, and summaries on client activity, pipeline, and relationship trends.
- Support senior stakeholders with client intelligence and relationship insights.
- Help prepare materials and information to support client meetings, business reviews, and commercial discussions.
- Monitor data trends and highlight relevant opportunities, risks, or gaps.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Liaise with analysts, client teams, and operational stakeholders to gather relevant information.
- Support communication and coordination across teams to improve the flow of client and market intelligence.
- Assist with project work related to client engagement systems and internal processes.

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in CRM administration, data operations, business support, or similar roles {preferred, not essential}.
- Experience helping select, implement, or manage CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) {preferred, not essential}.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across teams.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive client and business information.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into practical insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Detail-focused and highly reliable
- Collaborative and confident working across functions
- Commercially aware
- Process-driven with strong systems thinking
Preferred Experience {not essential}
- Experience in insurance, risk, financial services, or professional services environments.
- Exposure to client intelligence, pipeline reporting, or commercial operations.
- Experience supporting stakeholder-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
