Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a detail-oriented CRM Administrator / CRM Assistant to support their growing operations and sales teams. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for someone with administration, sales support, or CRM system experience who wants to develop their career in data and customer systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data within the CRM system
- Support sales and marketing teams with CRM reporting and data management
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Assist with CRM system updates, dashboards, and reporting
- Manage user access and provide basic CRM support
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes

Requirements
- Previous administration, CRM, sales support, or data management experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate data
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is desirable but not essential.
