CRM Administrator (HubSpot)
£35,000 – £37,000, Hybrid (Brighton), 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
About the role
This is a new, hands-on role owning the administration, configuration and data quality of the organisation's HubSpot CRM. Working under general direction rather than to a fixed specification, you'll make judgement calls on how CRM information is structured and presented, and know when to flag that a rule doesn't yet exist.
It's offered initially as a 6-month fixed term contract, with a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent position.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll be doing
- Owning HubSpot CRM administration, configuration and data quality
- Acting as the routine point of contact for CRM issues — diagnosing, resolving and escalating where needed
- Building and implementing changes under change control (workflows, forms, landing pages, integrations)
- Producing CRM reports and dashboards that answer the real question behind the request
- Applying access controls in line with data and security policy
- Designing and delivering CRM training people can actually use
What we're looking for
- 2+ years administering HubSpot CRM
- Experience owning a CRM portal, not just working within one
- Experience setting or holding data standards, and building reports from a business question rather than a spec
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service Hub) held or in progress
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable working with users across multiple functions
