CRM Administrator

Chatham House is looking for a CRM Administrator to provide first-line support for developing, maintaining, and improving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and its key interfaces. This practical, hands-on role supports colleagues across the organisation in using the CRM effectively and confidently.

What you will do

  • Maintain, develop and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM so it performs effectively and meets user needs.
  • Monitor, investigate and troubleshoot data and system issues, including those linked to transactions, events, membership applications and third-party integrations.
  • Import data from Excel, CSV and text files, ensuring information is cleaned, quality assured and accurately mapped.
  • Provide segmented data in response to user briefs and support colleagues to use CRM data effectively.
  • Improve CRM data quality and support ongoing improvements to CRM processes and operations.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and strong data skills, including querying data, working with views and marketing lists, customising forms, views and entities, and importing data from Excel or CSV files.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills, broad knowledge of data protection, GDPR and privacy best practice, and the ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of users and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, workflow creation, database design, SQL, DevOps or another ticketing system would be desirable.

Location

  • St James's Square, London. This is a hybrid role based in our London office. The successful candidate will be expected to work onsite at least 2 days per week.
