CRM Analyst

London | 35k + Bonus + Benefits

This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Analyst to join a data-driven organisation undergoing significant digital transformation. You'll play a key role in shaping customer marketing activity, using data and insights to improve campaign performance, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

The Role

As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery and optimisation of targeted CRM campaigns by creating audience selections, analysing campaign performance, and improving data processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Defining and building customer audiences for CRM and digital marketing campaigns
  • Using SQL and analytical tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations
  • Creating and maintaining data fields and aggregations to support campaign targeting
  • Supporting the optimisation of CRM data and audience segmentation strategies
  • Automating reporting processes and enhancing dashboard functionality
  • Ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance within customer targeting activities
  • Collaborating with marketing, analytics, and wider business stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities to improve campaign execution and marketing ROI

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience using SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Experience supporting CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer targeting activities
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
  • Knowledge of campaign performance analysis and customer segmentation
  • Experience working with reporting tools and dashboards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
