CRM Analyst

London (Hybrid) | Salary up to £35,000

The Role

As a CRM Analyst, you will support the delivery and optimisation of CRM campaigns through audience selection, campaign analysis, and customer insight generation.

Responsibilities

  • Building and defining customer audiences for targeted CRM campaigns
  • Using SQL and analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Supporting the optimisation of customer targeting strategies across multiple communication channels
  • Creating and maintaining campaign data fields and customer data aggregations
  • Automating reporting processes and contributing to dashboard improvements
  • Ensuring audience selections are accurate, compliant, and aligned with governance requirements
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, data, and technology teams to deliver successful campaigns
  • Recommending improvements based on campaign performance and customer behaviour analysis

Your Skills & Experience

  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with customer or marketing data
  • Ability to analyse large datasets and identify meaningful trends and insights
  • Experience supporting CRM, customer analytics, or marketing campaigns
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Confidence working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy
  • Comfortable learning new tools, technologies, and processes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
