About Pearse Group

Pearse Group comprises two specialist recruitment search firms: Pearse Partners, specialising in front-office financial services, and Pearse Portfolio, specialising in senior qualified finance appointments.

We're growing quickly and are now looking for a CRM & Commercial Operations Associate to join our team and help us build the infrastructure behind that growth. This is a newly created role with the opportunity to genuinely shape how we manage our data, CRM, commercial information and marketing activity.

You'll have exposure across the whole business rather than being restricted to one function, with the opportunity to take ownership of projects and make a visible impact as Pearse Group continues to grow.

What will you be doing?

You'll become the go-to person for our Bullhorn CRM and commercial data, while also supporting the wider business with client-facing and marketing projects.

A big part of the role will be taking information from across the business and turning it into polished, professional materials that our consultants can use with clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
