CRM & Database Marketing Executive

Location: Salisbury

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours, Monday–Friday

Driving Licence Required: Yes

Overview

A varied role combining CRM management, data accuracy, digital marketing, and content support across multiple automotive and motorcycle brands. You’ll help deliver engaging campaigns, maintain high‑quality customer data, and support day‑to‑day marketing activity including email, SMS, website updates, social media, and reporting. This is an office‑based role with no remote working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data quality, cleansing, and CRM administration
  • Prepare customer data sets and produce regular reports
  • Support email, SMS, digital, and web campaigns
  • Assist with website updates, content creation, and social media activity
  • Contribute to promotions, events, and daily marketing tasks
  • Resolve customer data queries and support internal teams

About You

  • Experience in marketing, CRM, or data-focused roles
  • Strong Excel skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident balancing creative work with administrative responsibilities
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel

Desirable Skills

  • CRM, email marketing, or CMS experience
  • Understanding of social media, digital content, or analytics tools
  • Experience within automotive, motorcycle, or retail environments
