Job Description
We are seeking a specialist to own CRM communications for our live mobile games. You will work hands-on with player data, segmentation, hypotheses, and business metrics to design and run lifecycle programs that grow retention, conversion, and revenue through personalized messaging. The role’s key focus is independent ownership of segments, clear campaign business goals, and rigorous impact evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the CRM strategy and campaign calendar with Product and LiveOps
- Segment players using attributes, in-game events, and behavioral data
- Design and launch customer journeys: welcome, win-back, reactivation, subscription, LiveOps, and sale communications
- Run email, push, and in-app campaigns
- Formulate hypotheses, define KPIs, run A/B tests, and scale winning scenarios
- Measure CRM impact on Open Rate, CTR, Conversion, Retention, and Revenue
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analytics, Design, and Copy to deliver high-quality campaigns
- Coordinate end-to-end CRM campaign launches and timelines

Requirements
- 3+ years in CRM/Lifecycle Marketing
- Proven experience with segmentation, automated flows, and customer journeys
- Strong grasp of product and CRM metrics, A/B testing, and campaign analytics
- English: Intermediate+
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in gaming or mobile apps; subscription product experience is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Amplitude, BI tools, Jira, and Confluence
