You'll play a key role in a major CRM transformation, partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, and Technology to build scalable, data-driven solutions that support business growth.
This is a genuine build-and-own opportunity. You'll help shape the long-term CRM strategy, influence implementation decisions, establish governance frameworks, drive adoption, and identify future AI and automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the CRM and commercial technology strategy, roadmap, and architecture.
- Act as the organisation's HubSpot champion, driving governance, adoption, optimisation, and best practice.
- Design scalable CRM solutions, data models, workflows, reporting frameworks, and integrations across the commercial technology estate.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee implementation and enhancement activity.
- Establish and maintain CRM governance, security, compliance, data quality, and change management frameworks.
- Partner with commercial and operational leaders to improve revenue processes, forecasting, customer lifecycle management, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, user enablement, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and deliver an AI roadmap that supports productivity, automation, and innovation.
- Manage vendors, implementation partners, upgrades, integrations, and the ongoing evolution of the CRM environment.
Essential Experience
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and managing CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot.
- Strong practical HubSpot expertise.
- CRM architecture ownership experience.
- Ability to define technology and CRM strategy grounded in implementation experience.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs.
- Experience managing third-party implementation partners and vendors.
- Systems architecture and data management capability.
- Ownership of system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and ongoing development.
- Strong understanding of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success processes.
- Experience developing CRM architectures, integration strategies, and commercial system roadmaps.
- Strong expertise in data modelling, governance, reporting, and analytics.
- Ability to present strategy, recommendations, and progress directly to leadership teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, project, and change management skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a build-and-transform environment.
- Pragmatic transformation mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and practical delivery.
- Experience integrating CRM platforms with wider commercial technology ecosystems.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
