Position: CRM & Promotions Assistant

Location: London Office (Holborn). In Office required, not a remote position

Schedule: Full-time (Mon - Fri, 8 am to 4:30 pm)

Salary: From £32,000

The Role

Working closely with the CRM & Promotions Coordinator, you'll support the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns, customer loyalty initiatives, and promotional activity across the business. You'll play a key role in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and provide an excellent customer experience.

You'll also work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Retail teams to coordinate promotions from planning through to execution.


Key Responsibilities

CRM & Email Marketing

  • Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns within Klaviyo.
  • Create engaging email layouts and write compelling campaign copy.
  • QA and test email campaigns, customer journeys, and automated flows before launch.
  • Support the implementation of A/B tests and report on campaign performance.
  • Build, test, and launch website sign-up forms for campaigns and events.
  • Assist with customer segmentation and database management.
  • Maintain data hygiene through regular suppression lists and customer database cleaning.
  • Keep up to date with CRM trends, best practices, and platform developments.

Loyalty Programme

  • Support the day-to-day management of the PURESEOUL loyalty programme.
  • Coordinate loyalty reward stock with the Warehouse team.
  • Assist in planning new loyalty campaigns, rewards, and member-exclusive initiatives.
  • Monitor redemption activity and highlight opportunities to improve customer engagement.

Promotions & Campaign Coordination

  • Assist in overseeing the promotions calendar, ensuring all activity is accurately planned and communicated.
  • Support the planning and coordination of promotional campaigns across stores and ecommerce.
  • Assist with campaign timelines and ensure key deadlines are met.
  • Liaise with Warehouse and Retail teams to organise transfers and campaign logistics.
  • Identify key seasonal moments and brand opportunities to support promotional planning.

Customer Experience

  • Aid in monitoring customer feedback across Trustpilot, Google Reviews, and Zendesk.
  • Report on customer sentiment and identify recurring trends or issues.
  • Support customer experience initiatives and projects designed to improve the customer journey.

Reporting & Administration

  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.
  • Maintain CRM documentation, campaign trackers, and internal planning documents.
  • Provide administrative support across CRM and promotional projects as required.

About You:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working across multiple teams.
  • Creative with an interest in marketing and customer engagement.
  • Analytical and comfortable working with data and campaign performance.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of projects.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in marketing, CRM, ecommerce, or retail (placement, internship, or commercial experience welcomed).
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Familiarity with Shopify is advantageous.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • An interest in beauty, retail, or Korean culture is a bonus.
