About the Role
We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside multiple customer-facing teams, helping clients deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns while developing your expertise in marketing technology and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
- Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.
- Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.
- Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.
- Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience.
- Consulting or client-facing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time.
- This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Dundee office two days per week.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP).
- Understanding of CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing.
- Basic HTML knowledge.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
