Join a fast-growing, Sydney-based all-in-one AI business platform
As its first offshore hire, working fully remotely and reporting directly to the two founders as the business scales. You will sit at the technical core of the business, turning founder briefs into polished builds on GoHighLevel, from CRM, workflows and automations to AI agents built with Claude Code and client-ready landing pages, websites and ecommerce stores. This is a genuine ground-floor role in an AI-first business with a live, proven product and real career progression as the team grows around you.
The ideal person is proactive and self-directed, precise enough to follow a brief closely and quality check their own work, and comfortable using AI tooling to build fast rather than hand-building everything.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, configure and maintain client systems across GoHighLevel, including forms, funnels, workflows, automations, calendars, pipelines and SaaS Mode.
- Build, update and maintain client-facing landing pages, websites and ecommerce stores to a high, professional standard.
- Build, deploy and maintain AI agents and automations using Claude Code.
- Onboard new clients once signed, including branding, account setup and loading prebuilt snapshots.
- Build demo accounts and example workflows that showcase the platform for client presentations.
- Set up billing and payment integrations, and connect third party tools and services through clean, reliable API integrations.
- Turn founder briefs into finished builds on a quick turnaround, then hand them back for the founders to present to clients.
- Handle client data, credentials and access securely, keeping builds compliant and free of leaks.
- Proactively flag issues, improvements and ideas, and provide light technical support as the business grows.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
