Role Summary
This is a fully remote CRM and Automation Assistant role with a fast-growing Australian ISO certification and compliance business, offering a stable long-term position where you will own the systems, automations, and admin that keep the pipeline moving from day one.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing automation, CRM management, and client administration, giving you direct ownership of GoHighLevel across workflows, landing pages, calendars, and pipelines. Day to day you will build and optimise automations, manage the shared inbox, prepare quotes, coordinate client onboarding, and run LinkedIn and cold email outreach using prospecting tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Apify. You will work closely with the founder, a solo operator growing a compliance services practice, and will be expected to set up systems, document them clearly, and help onboard the founder on the platform as you go. The business is at an active growth phase, with new clients coming on board and a second hire planned within the next three to six months, making this a strong opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a senior support role as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise workflows and automations in GoHighLevel, including calendars, landing pages, and sales pipelines
- Monitor the shared inbox, respond to inbound enquiries promptly, and prepare and send quotes using set templates and pricing
- Qualify new enquiries against a set list of questions and book discovery calls into the founder's calendar
- Coordinate client onboarding including booking audit dates, issuing confirmation letters, and sending audit packs and client information to auditors
- Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, Lusha, and Apify, sourcing contacts such as OH&S and environmental managers
- Run LinkedIn connection and outreach activity on the founder's account, and support front-of-mind social content
- Plan and send cold email and EDM campaigns to businesses approaching their recertification window
- Maintain templates, standard operating procedures, and accurate records across the CRM
- Support the setup of new tools as the tech stack grows, including an AI chat assistant on the website

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
