Our client is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to lead the next stages of their CRM programme following the completion of phase one.

You will define how HubSpot connects the clinical examination journey with product sales, working across clinical, commercial, CRM, and technical teams.

This role is focused on translating operational needs into clear processes, system requirements, and deliverable CRM enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Map the end-to-end journey from clinical examination through to product recommendation and sale.
- Gather and challenge requirements from clinical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Define current and future-state processes, identifying gaps, duplication, and broken handovers.
- Work with CRM and technical teams to assess how HubSpot should be enhanced or integrated.
- Lead requirements workshops and maintain alignment between business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage requirements through refinement, development, testing, and implementation.
- Define and coordinate business acceptance testing for new CRM functionality.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, customer visibility, and sales conversion.
- Contribute to consistent analysis standards across the wider Business Analyst community.
