CRM Campaign Delivery Consultant – Lifecycle & Customer Engagement (Optimove)

Contract: Initial 3 months – potential extension to 12 months
Start: October
Rate: £285 p/day OUTSIDE IR35
Location: Remote – UK based
Client: International gaming business
Language: Portuguese strongly preferred; Spanish also considered

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Consultant to support an international gaming business on an initial 3-month engagement, with strong potential to extend to 12 months.

Working closely with the existing CRM team, you’ll initially conduct a review of their customer journeys, campaigns and current CRM approach, identifying opportunities for improvement and areas where best practice can be introduced.

From there, you’ll help the team improve how the CRM function is organised, looking at processes, ways of working, capability and potential skills gaps.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
