CRM Campaign Executive

Up to £35,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)

Manchester city centre - in this role you'll work in a hybrid way splitting your time between home and the office two days per week, including Wednesdays as a key team collaboration day (find out more about our hybrid working policy at https://jobs.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).

We're looking for a CRM Campaign Executive to join our CRM Membership Marketing team and help us deliver engaging, relevant communications that strengthen relationships with our member-owners. You'll support the delivery of our CRM campaign plan, helping to ensure members receive accurate, timely and personalised communications across a range of marketing campaigns. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you'll help create campaigns that improve member engagement, support retention and deliver value to both our members and our Co-op.

Why this role matters

As a CRM Campaign Executive, you'll gain hands-on experience across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning and copywriting through to testing, delivery and performance reporting. This role offers plenty of variety, exposure to different stakeholders across the business, and the chance to contribute ideas that help us continuously improve how we communicate with our members.

What you'll do

  • Support the delivery of CRM campaigns from brief through to launch and reporting
  • Write clear, engaging copy for member communications across multiple channels
  • Create, build and coordinate email campaigns using CRM and email marketing platforms, managing activity from initial brief through to deployment
  • Carry out quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are accurate and meet required standards
  • Develop and deliver A/B tests to improve campaign performance and customer engagement
  • Monitor campaign performance and share insights and recommendations with the wider team
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues across multiple business areas, community teams, CRM specialists and external agency partners
  • Work closely with CRM Operations colleagues to brief audience selections, support campaign activation and ensure successful delivery through Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support the team with campaign administration, meeting coordination, competitor reviews and other activities that help keep campaigns and projects running smoothly

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
