About the role
We are currently working with a global technology organisation that is continuing to develop its B2B marketing and CRM capabilities.
We are looking for a B2B CRM Campaign Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of email campaigns, working across regional marketing teams, external agencies, and offshore marketing automation teams. This role will be responsible for campaign planning, stakeholder management, asset delivery, quality assurance, and campaign optimisation.
This is a contract, hybrid role (2 days in the office, 3 days WFH) based in the London area.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end CRM campaign delivery from briefing through to deployment and post-campaign review.
- Manage campaign roadmaps, priorities, timelines, dependencies, and approvals.
- Act as a key point of contact for regional marketing stakeholders and external agencies.
- Brief and manage external creative agencies to ensure high-quality, on-time asset delivery.
- Translate local marketing requirements into clear briefs for campaign execution teams.
- Coordinate the daily workload of an offshore team of email marketing developers.
- Oversee campaign build, testing, and deployment through a marketing automation platform.
- Analyse campaign performance to identify insights and optimisation opportunities.

Your background:
- 3+ years' experience in CRM campaign management, marketing operations, CRM strategy, or a similar role.
- Strong experience managing email campaigns and multi-stakeholder campaign workflows.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms; Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement/Pardot is desirable.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing deadlines, dependencies, and approvals.
- Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Understanding of B2B lead generation, nurturing, and campaign lifecycles is desirable.
- Experience working with international and/or offshore teams is advantageous.
