Support the execution of lifecycle marketing programmes

Support the execution of lifecycle marketing programmes that move customers through the funnel: sign-up, KYC approval, first deposit (FTD), first trade (FTT), and ongoing trading activity.

Role Responsibilities

Work within the lifecycle function to build, deploy, and optimise CRM campaigns across email, push, and other channels. The role combines campaign execution, journey build, QA, and performance tracking, ensuring communications are delivered on time, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

CRM campaigns are a key driver of activation and engagement, requiring close coordination with Lifecycle, Product, Data, Sales, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute lifecycle campaigns across activation, retention, and reactivation stages.
  • Implement customer journeys and workflows in HubSpot including triggers, segmentation, and automation.
  • Support the design and execution of onboarding, activation, retention, and re-engagement programmes.
  • Maintain CRM campaign calendars, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and to brief.
  • Ensure campaigns meet compliance requirements, including correct use of claims, disclosures, and approvals.
  • Ensure all customer communications are compliant across active jurisdictions, adapting messaging and requirements to each regulatory environment.
  • Work with the Data team to ensure campaign tracking and reporting are accurate.
  • Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation through testing and iteration.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Lifecycle teams to align messaging, timing, and customer contact rules.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
