CRM Campaign & Planning Manager
London, Hybrid - 37.5hrs
About the Job
The CRM Campaign & Planning Manager owns the UK CRM contact strategy and integrated contact plan across relevant customer communication channels.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the integrated UK CRM calendar, planning omnichannel campaigns across Ecommerce, Wholesale, Premium Outlets and seasonal/trading moments.
- Translate commercial and marketing priorities into clear, insight-led CRM briefs and contact strategies.
- Lead audience segmentation, personalisation and A/B testing to improve targeting, relevance and campaign performance.
- Manage CRM contact pressure, suppression rules and governance to ensure a positive customer experience and compliance with consent/data rules.
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery: briefing, build, QA, deployment, reporting and optimisation.
- Embed Club Clarins loyalty objectives within campaigns to drive sign-ups, points activity, redemptions and tier engagement.
- Track and report campaign performance, connecting CRM activity to revenue, retention, repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
- Partner cross-functionally with Ecommerce, Marketing, Creative, Data, Digital, Retail and Customer Care to ensure integrated activity.
- Line manage and develop the CRM Coordinator and manage key external partners and vendor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for proactive CRM-led growth (replenishment, cross-sell, reactivation) and continuous optimisation through learnings.

- Passionate about beauty, skin care and fragrance and have a good understanding of e-commerce marketing
- Commercially aware with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends
- Highly organised, able to multi-task and adapt to last-minute or shifting priorities

Essential qualifications
- 5+ years’ CRM experience with proven delivery of CRM strategies, contact plans and multi-channel campaigns that drive commercial growth and retention.
- Strong expertise in segmentation, targeting, personalisation, lifecycle journeys and contact-pressure management.
- Experience managing integrated commercial calendars, competing stakeholder priorities and briefing creative teams, agencies or partners.
- Demonstrable skills in campaign analysis, A/B testing, optimisation and performance reporting, with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficient with CRM platforms, marketing automation, customer data/analytics and familiarity with consent/data-privacy best practice.
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills and confidence interpreting customer, campaign and commercial performance data; HTML/email production knowledge desirable.
