CRM Campaign Specialist

Location: Kensington, London (Hybrid)

Step into a role where customer insight meets commercial impact. As a CRM Campaign Specialist, you'll play a key role in creating and delivering engaging customer communications that drive loyalty, increase engagement and support business growth across our Sun Retail brands.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • A passion for customer marketing and creating engaging customer experiences
  • Strong analytical mindset with an interest in using data to drive decisions
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Retail experience, particularly within a customer-focused environment.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation or campaign management tools would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn

About the Role

This isn't just a campaign execution role, it's an opportunity to become a key contributor to how we connect with and engage our customers.

You'll manage CRM campaign calendars across multiple channels, coordinate creative assets, support loyalty programmes and help deliver personalised communications that strengthen customer relationships and drive business performance. Working closely with local and global teams, you'll use customer insights and campaign results to continuously improve engagement, retention and sales outcomes.

You'll identify relevant partners to create commercially impactful activations and offerings using CRM data to target opportunities, while also developing and managing affiliate and strategic relationships that drive incremental revenue to the business.

You'll collaborate across Marketing, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and Global CRM teams, helping to bring campaigns to life from concept through to delivery and performance reporting.
