Exciting Opportunity in BD & Marketing
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high-performing BD & Marketing team within an entrepreneurial mid-market law firm. Role Overview
The role centers on driving the implementation of an upgraded CRM setup, focusing on InterAction+ Hybrid and Vuture integration. Responsibilities include:

- Shaping core CRM strategies
- Embedding robust data governance policies
- Establishing GDPR-compliant onboarding processes
Key priorities involve:
- Delivering actionable analytics for marketing campaigns and key client programs
- Managing supplier relationships
- Integrating platforms alongside IT and Finance
Crucially, the position will act as the firm’s internal authority, leading change management and up-skilling both the marketing team and senior fee earners.
Requirements
Candidates must possess:

- At least four years of CRM experience, with a solid background operating within a legal environment
- Direct expertise with InterAction+ Hybrid
- Familiarity with Vuture, IQ, or Cirrom provides a distinct advantage
Additionally, candidates must have:
- Proven technical capability in data analytics and project management
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioral change across the business
- A commercial mindset
- Sharp attention to detail
- A proactive, structured approach to data architecture
