CRM Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Bring your energy to our CRM Coordinator role based in Cannock on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to cover maternity leave. You'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality, accuracy, and integrity of our customer data while supporting the delivery of targeted marketing campaigns that help drive business growth.

What you'll do as Data & Campaign Administrator

  • Own the stewardship, quality, and governance of customer data within Salesforce, ensuring records remain accurate, relevant, and GDPR compliant.
  • Extract, cleanse, validate, and maintain large volumes of CRM data to support business and marketing activities.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including data preparation, personalisation checks, link testing, and campaign deployment.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including opens, clicks, engagement, and unsubscribe rates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders to promote best practice data management across the business.

You are

  • Experienced in CRM administration, data management, or data cleansing, ideally within Salesforce.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
  • Familiar with GDPR principles and data governance best practices.
  • Comfortable managing repetitive, process-driven tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Experienced in supporting email marketing campaigns and analysing campaign results.
