Description
With a passion for delivering an inspirational and seamless customer journey, you will have experience in driving value for businesses through CRM and customer communications.
Reporting directly to the CRM Communications Manager, you will act as a highly skilled and empowered driver of our CRM communications. Looking after both the audience segmentation and the build of our email and app push campaigns, plus exploring other channels to drive further engagement with customers.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get involved in all aspects of CRM at one of the best-known fashion retailers in the UK.
Accountabilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end build of CRM campaigns including liaising with multiple teams within the business
- Key user of our Customer Data Platform (Bloomreach) to build weekly campaign scenarios and automated triggers
- Support in the regular reporting of both campaign and channel performance and help in identifying key trends or opportunities to drive business
- Continual competitor analysis and understanding of the wider market performance of direct comms channels, such as the rise of personalisation and automation
- Accountable for coordinating email and push content into development for activation in a timely manner
- Support in the setup of customer promotional campaigns including creating audiences within our promo management system

Skills:
- Experience of email marketing, ideally with Bloomreach or similar ESPS
- Understanding of web analytics and key KPIs in the email and app push channel
- Experience of Google Analytics highly desirable
- Analytical thinking

- Strong communication skills
