Opportunity Overview
We are seeking to recruit a CRM Configurator to support the ongoing development of University of Salford CRM system. The role will work with operational and technical colleagues to understand requirements, support configuration within Microsoft Power Platform, and help users feel confident using CRM as it develops.
Located in the Customer Contact Technologies team the CRM Configurator will be responsible for conducting hands-on configuration, customisation and extensions of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities
- To work with relevant stakeholders and lead the CRM configuration and customisation
- Manage the design and development of D365 solutions to business requirements
- To support new projects as part of the CRM roadmap
- To analyse and investigate the impact of business requirements
- To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of systems used

The Directorate of Student Experience and Support (SES) brings together Campus Experience, Customer Contact and Experience, and Student Support and Safeguarding.
