At DAC Beachcroft, our Clients & Markets team plays a key role in helping the firm grow, strengthen client relationships and make informed decisions through the effective use of data and technology.

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator to join our Marketing Operations, Digital Experience & Intelligence (MODEI) team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in data, systems and technology and wants to develop their skills within a leading international law firm.

You'll gain hands-on experience working with business-critical systems, helping to ensure our client and contact data remains accurate, reliable and fit for purpose. You'll also have the opportunity to learn about CRM platforms, data governance, reporting and marketing technologies, building valuable skills that can support a long-term career in this growing area.

  • Provide day-to-day support for the firm's CRM and related business systems.
  • Help maintain the accuracy and quality of client, contact and company data.
  • Carry out data validation, updates and cleansing activities to ensure information remains current and reliable.
  • Assist with identifying and resolving duplicate or incomplete records.
  • Support data quality initiatives and help monitor improvements across key systems.
  • Respond to user requests and queries, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Assist with system testing and support the implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Maintain data categories, structures and processes to support reporting and business needs.
  • Contribute to process improvement activities, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to promote good data management practices.
  • Ensure all activities are completed in line with GDPR requirements and firm policies.
  • Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain high standards of data security.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and eager to learn. Previous experience working with CRM systems is not essential.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confidence working with data and information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • An interest in systems, technology, data management or reporting.
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A customer-focused approach and a willingness to support colleagues across the business.

The following would be advantageous, but are not essential:

  • Experience in an administrative, customer service or support role.
  • Experience working with databases, CRM systems or business systems.
  • Knowledge of data quality, reporting or information management principles.
  • Experience gained within a professional services environment.
