We're seeking a proactive and detail-focused CRM Coordinator to support our Logistics Team at our High Ercall location. In this key role, you'll help ensure the efficient running of our logistics operations while maintaining excellent customer relationship processes.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Salary: £28,289.10

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm i.e. 42.5 hours per week. 30 minutes for lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • POC/POD uploading for customers and sales team.
  • Manage CRM system updates.
  • Regularly check the logistics inbox and logistics POD inbox throughout the day.
  • Prepare and generate Trainline reports.
  • General office duties to support the team.
  • MID (Motor Insurance Database) tasks.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar roles would be beneficial but is not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Must be able to commute to the High Ercall site 5 days a week.
