CRM Data Executive

At IGD, we’re proud to be a Great Place to Work, where people can grow, lead and make a difference.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a part-time CRM Data Executive on a fixed-term contract to help keep IGD’s customer and company data accurate, compliant and ready to use. Working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Customer Insights, Power BI and Dotdigital, you’ll manage day-to-day CRM data, build campaign and event audiences, and help prevent recurring data issues.

This role is Part-Time, Monday to Thursday, with two days a week in our Watford office.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain accurate Contact and Company records in CRM, including validation, approvals, updates and data cleansing.
  • Create and manage customer segments and audience lists for campaigns, events, webinars, products and membership activity.
  • Prepare, upload and reconcile approved audience files in Dotdigital, applying consent, suppression and audit checks.
  • Investigate and resolve duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data, including CRM and data-sync issues.
  • Run data-quality checks, report recurring issues and support CRM governance, standards and process documentation.
  • Provide practical CRM data support to Marketing, Sales, Client Success and other teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
