Urgent Cover Role in Customer Marketing Team
This is an urgent cover role in the Customer Marketing Team for initially 3 months - with flexibility to extend. You must be available immediately or within 2 weeks to be considered for this urgent role.
About the Role
As CRM Data Manager, you will take ownership of customer data, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and effective management across a range of rail products and services. You will play an important role in supporting customer segmentation, CRM activity, reporting, and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer data
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Support customer segmentation
- Aid in CRM activity, reporting, and commercial decision-making
Essential Experience
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong practical experience using SQL and Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Experience working with customer data, CRM databases, or marketing data
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR principles

About Our Client
Our client is a leading passenger travel operator, playing an important role in connecting customers and communities across Britain. This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per week in the Central London office.
