Acorns Children's Hospice are looking for a CRM Data Project Lead to provide dedicated delivery capacity to progress the fundraising CRM project, including CRM configuration, data quality, segmentation and supporter journey requirements. This role is offered on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About The Role
At Acorns, we provide specialist palliative care and support for children with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions and their families across the West Midlands. We support families in our hospices, in their homes and within the community, providing care wherever and whenever it's needed.
As one of the UK's largest children's hospice charities, we need to raise more than £14 million every year to fund our vital services. Every supporter who donates, fundraises or campaigns for Acorns helps make that care possible.
As CRM Data Project Lead, You Will
- Take ownership of agreed data & insight milestones within the CRM roadmap and ensure activity progresses to agreed timescales
- Identify risks, blockers, resource requirements and decisions needed to maintain momentum
- Review data imports and exports, including identifying anomalies and strengthening controls around data entering the CRM
- Identify recurring data quality issues and implement practical processes to prevent errors and improve consistency
- Help establish the data foundations required to develop more targeted supporter journeys, communications and retention activity
- Support the development of dynamic reports and dashboards

About You
- Experience of working with CRM systems and data in a delivery or project environment
- Experience of planning and delivering work to agreed milestones, managing dependencies and competing priorities
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and advanced Excel skills, including the use of V Look Ups, Pivot Tables and conditional formatting for data manipulation and preparation
- Proficiency in CRM systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Donorfy or Donorflex
- Good understanding of CRM data structures, data quality and the use of data to support reporting and segmentation

- £38,000 to £40,000 per annum
- 37.5 hours per week
- 12-month fixed term contract
