Core Purpose

Growth Shop is looking for a CRM Designer specialising in email who understands how creative, UX, brand, and conversion work together inside the inbox.

You’ll design high-performing email and SMS creative for ecommerce brands, build reusable design systems, and collaborate closely with CRM strategists, copywriters, and technical CRM specialists.

We’re looking for someone who understands that an email isn't simply a graphic; it is a conversion experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing email creative for ecommerce campaigns and lifecycle flows.
  • Translate CRM strategy and creative briefs into conversion-focused email layouts.
  • Create designs that work across mobile and desktop.
  • Develop reusable email modules, templates, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with CRM Copywriters on hierarchy, messaging, offers, product content, and CTAs.
  • Work with CRM Executives and technical specialists to ensure designs can be accurately implemented.
  • Design lifecycle experiences including:
    • Welcome
    • Browse abandonment
    • Cart/checkout abandonment
    • Post-purchase
    • Replenishment
    • Win-back
    • Promotional campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across different clients.
  • Use performance data and testing results to improve layout, hierarchy, imagery, CTA treatment, and creative direction.
  • Prepare designs for implementation and provide clear specifications/assets.
  • Contribute to creative audits, pitches, and new-business opportunities.
  • Help develop GrowthShop's CRM design standards and reusable systems.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
