What You'll Be Doing
As our CRM Developer, you'll act as a technical subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its associated technologies. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and third-party suppliers to design, develop and deliver high-quality CRM solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
- Acting as the technical SME for Dynamics 365 CE across Premium Credit
- Designing, developing and implementing new CRM features and enhancements
- Supporting and improving existing Dynamics solutions
- Developing integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Service Bus
- Producing functional and technical solution designs
- Conducting code reviews and ensuring technical best practice
- Supporting testing, releases and deployment activities
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, automation and customer outcomes
- Keeping abreast of Microsoft's latest Dynamics and Power Platform developments

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
- Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) experience
- Extensive experience with C#,.NET, JavaScript, Dynamics Plugins and Workflows, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus
- Strong configuration and customisation skills within Dynamics 365
- Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience working within Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Experience of Dynamics 365 Marketing, Microsoft Portal, Microsoft Field Service
- Data migration and large-scale deployment experience
- SSIS, SSRS and KingswaySoft experience
