Job Specification: CRM Digital Graphic Designer
Location: London based (5 days in the office)
Contract type: Six-month initial contract (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
Start date: Beginning of November 2026
Reporting: Creative Operations Director
About the Role
HEAD Sports is looking for a talented and detail-focused CRM Digital Graphic Designer to join our London design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative designer who understands the fast-paced world of e-commerce, digital marketing and CRM and can translate campaigns briefs into engaging digital creative.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets across our online channels, including website banners, email newsletters, CRM campaigns, social assets, promotional graphics and other digital marketing materials. We are looking for someone with a strong eye for design and detail, who can work at pace while maintaining a consistently high standard across every asset.

- Create engaging and on-brand digital assets for HEAD Sports across multiple channels.
- Design website banners, promotional graphics, email/newsletter assets, CRM creative and digital campaign materials.
- Work closely with the e-commerce, CRM and marketing teams to deliver creative that supports commercial targets and campaign objectives.
- Ensure all creative is accurate, consistent and aligned with HEAD's brand guidelines.
- Adapt and resize creative for different channels, formats and platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Use tools such as Figma, Jira and the wider Adobe Creative Suite as part of the day-to-day workflow.
- Take ownership of projects from initial brief through to final delivery.
- Carry out detailed checks to ensure all assets are accurate before launch.
About You
- 2–3 years' professional graphic design experience, ideally within e-commerce, retail, sports, fashion or another fast-paced consumer environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital design and creative execution.
- Strong understanding of how design supports e-commerce, CRM and digital marketing.
- Good commercial awareness and an understanding of customer journeys and campaign objectives.
- Excellent attention to detail and a highly developed visual eye.
- Confident using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, with the ability to quickly learn and use other digital tools.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently without compromising quality.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative team player who can work effectively with marketing, e-commerce and CRM stakeholders.
- Passionate about design, digital and creating work that delivers measurable results.

Qualification
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Supporting portfolio/website to share with your application.
