The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Coordinator to support the delivery of our CRM and loyalty strategy. Reporting to the CRM and Loyalty Manager, this role will support the BAU execution of email, SMS, and push notification marketing efforts at Skin Rocks.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management:
- Develop, schedule, test, and deploy email campaigns and push notifications.
- Help to develop strategies for database segmentation to improve relevancy/personalization and target specific customer groups effectively.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure emails are engaging and on-brand.
CRM Coordination:
- Assist in developing and executing the Skin Rocks app CRM calendar.
- Contribute to CRM reporting, ensuring customer data accuracy and database management.
- Manage initiatives to expand the email subscriber base and minimise churn.
- Aid in defining and automating key customer journey steps, providing actionable insights through tailored reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to enhance customer relationships and conversion rates.

Loyalty Program Support:
- Monitor and report on loyalty program performance metrics.
- Develop and execute loyalty-specific email marketing campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Analyse customer insights and data to support the optimisation of loyalty strategies.
Skillset, Experience, and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in CRM/Email marketing or related campaign management.
- Proven experience with CRM systems, particularly Klaviyo is desirable.
- Design experience using Figma or equivalent platform is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage data, perform segmentation, and derive insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability.
